Terms of Use

CREW ATLAS is operated by Crew Atlas, Switzerland. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to agree to these Terms in your country. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

CREW ATLAS is an independent collector tool offering editorially curated card routes, printing-level Have/Want/Watch tracking, route progress, a Collector Passport and private MY ATLAS account features. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed as the service develops.

CREW ATLAS does not sell cards, provide payment or escrow services, authenticate physical cards, grade condition, guarantee prices or act as a broker, marketplace or party to a trade.

Route selections, rarity descriptions, community labels, catalog data, watchlists and future market information are provided for collector education and organisation. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax or appraisal advice. Card markets can be volatile, catalog records can be incomplete and editorial judgments can differ.

Verify a printing, condition, authenticity, price, seller, shipping terms and applicable taxes before buying, selling or trading.

• Provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or loss of credentials.
• Do not create accounts through automated means or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond.

You retain rights in the profile and collection information you enter. You give CREW ATLAS a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, synchronise and improve the service. Your collector profile and collection data are private by default unless a future sharing feature clearly lets you choose otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us to request account deletion. Personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• probe, attack, overload, disrupt or bypass security or access controls;
• scrape, crawl or copy the service at a volume or in a manner that harms CREW ATLAS, its providers or third-party rights;
• upload malicious code, manipulate data or attempt unauthorised access to another account;
• use CREW ATLAS branding or editorial content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement or ownership.

Normal use of the public website, personal collection tracking and ordinary search-engine indexing are not prohibited by this section.

CREW ATLAS's original interface, brand assets, route structure, editorial copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where the law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

CREW ATLAS is an independent fan-made collector tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected to Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Eiichiro Oda or the official One Piece Card Game. Third-party trademarks, card names, images and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their display is for identification, commentary and collector-reference purposes; no ownership is claimed.

Catalog facts may originate from a community-maintained catalog, while artwork is retrieved from an official card-image source through the site's server-side image layer. Third-party sources can change, contain errors or become unavailable. External sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

The service is provided on an evolving basis. We aim for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of device-only data or that every feature will remain unchanged. Keep independent records of information you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREW ATLAS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, market-value changes, unsuccessful trades, third-party conduct or loss of unsynced device-only data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts at the operator's domicile have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-waivable rights available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or security needs. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service and request account deletion.
